Make Tomorrow is for me the greatest piece of music Gabriel has ever made, and I doubt he'll better it now. My opinion hasn't really changed over the years, but the one track that captivated me on day one in 2000 still does 18 years later and unquestionably will continue to do so for the rest of my life. So I bought it on or near (I can't remember) its date of release in 2000, and was pretty disappointed with it - several good tracks, but a lot of so-so stuff in between. I've been a huge PG fan since 1993 when I bought "Us" on cassette, and I was excited to hear "Ovo" when it came out. Few songs move and inspire me the way this one does.
